부산지역 고등학교 특수학급의 진로·직업교육과정 운영에 대한 교사 인식

국문 초록

이 연구는 부산지역 고등학교 특수학급의 진로･직업교육과정 운영에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아봄으로써, 향후 장애학생의 성공적인 자립을 위한 체계적이고 효과적인 고등학교 특수학급 진로･직업교육과정 운영의 토대를 마련하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 총 68명의 고등학교 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 주된 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고등학교 특수학급의 진로･직업교육과정 운영 실행도에 대한 인식은 전반적으로 보통 수준이었으나 하위 문항 중 전담인력배치로 인한 업무 부담 경감은 잘 이루어지지 않고 있다고 인식함으로써 이와 관련한 행･재정적 지원의 필요성이 제기되었다. 둘째. 직업위탁교육기관 및 연계기관에서 실시되는 지원에 관한 만족도는 전반적으로 보통 수준으로 나타났으나 하위 문항 중 직업위탁교육기관과 연계기관 수에 대해서는 만족도가 낮아 이에 대한 실태 파악 및 시설 확충이 요구되었다. 셋째, 성공적인 진로･직업교육과정 운영에 필요한 요인에 대한 중요도는 전반적으로 보통 수준으로 나타났으나 하위 문항 중 직업위탁교육기관 및 지역사회 연계기관의 역할이 상대적으로 중요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타나 관련기관에 대한 역할 재정립의 필요성이 시사되었다.

영문 초록

The study aimed at presenting the ways for systematic and effective career and vocational education curriculum management of a special class in a high school for successful self-reliance of students with disabilities by investigating the perception level of special education teachers for the career and vocational education curriculum management of special classes in high schools in Busan. For the attainment of the study’s goal, 67 teachers in special classes in general high schools were selected as subjects of the study. The follow results were achieved through the survey. Frist, the teachers’ perception level on performance of the career and vocational education curriculum management of special classes in high schools was generally normal, but “Reduction of special education teachers' work load by individual placement of workers in charge for career and vocational education” in detailed questions was low level. Therefore, the administrative and financial support for it was needed. Second, the level of satisfaction for the support of commissioned vocational education institutions or linked agencies was generally normal, but “The number of sufficient vocational commissioned education institutions or related organizations” in detailed questions was low level. Therefore, identifying real condition and expanding facilities for it was needed. Third, the importance on factors needed for the successful career and vocational education curriculum management was generally normal. Especially, the teachers think “Roles of vocational commissioned education institutions or related organizations” in detailed questions was relatively important, so the reestablishment of the roles was needed.
