국문 초록

본 연구는 치료놀이 기법을 활용한 프로그램의 효과를 고찰하기 위한 것으로, 국내에서 발간된 학위논문 및 한국연구재단 등재학술지를 토대로 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석의 연구방법을 실시하였다. 문헌고찰을 위한 데이터베이스는 RISS, KISS, DBpia 3종류를 활용하였으며, ‘치료놀이’로 주제어 검색을 실시하였다. 최초 검색된 논문은 석․박사학위논문 1,498편, 등재(후보)학술지 논문 2,563편, 총 4,061편이었으며, 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석을 위한 최종 분석 논문은 총 38편이었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 본 연구의 대상문헌들은 모두 2000년 이후 발표되었으며, 심리적으로 긍정성을 증진하거나 부정성을 감소시키는 다양한 변인의 효과를 보고하였다. 둘째, 본 연구의 대상문헌들은 긍정성 증진과 관련하여 1 표준편차 이상의 효과를 나타내었으며, 부정성 감소와 관련하여 –0.8 표준편차 이상의 높은 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 치료놀이 기법을 활용하여 프로그램 효과를 제시한 연구들에 대한 제한점 및 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Following the protocols for meta-analysis process, this study aims to determine the current state and effectiveness of programs using theraplay for infants, children and child. A population, intervention, comparisons, outcomes, study design strategy was established, and 4,061 pieces of literature from 3 electronic databases of RISS, KISS and DBpia using the key words such as“theraplay”were reviewed. 38 of these references met inclusion and exclusion criteria for systematic review and meta-analysis. Analysis results are as follows: Most of the literature was published around 2000. All most programs are very effective in various measuring variables. And theraplay programs were found to have positive effects on enhancement of children’s social, emotional behavior and attachment with their parents and reduction in children's problem behavior. The implications of the systematic review findings are discussed in the article.
