ADHD 아동·청소년의 사회성 향상을 위한 중재 방안 연구 동향 분석 : 국내 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년에서 2024년까지의 국내 학술지를 중심으로 ADHD 아동 · 청소년의 사회성 향상을 위한 중재 방안 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 전체 132편의 논문을 대상으로 2000년~2010년, 2011년~2020년, 2021년~2024년 전반기까지로 구분하여 내용 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령별로 초등학생(77.3%)을 대상으로 하는 연구와 남학생만(56.4%)을 대상으로 하는 연구가 많았다. 둘째, 연구 방법에서 질적 연구와 실험 연구를 혼합한 연구(58.3%)가 많았으며 질적 연구는 점차로 증가하고 있었다. 셋째, 중재 방법에서 예체능 기반 중재가 높았으며(47.7%), 특히 미술 관련 중재 비율이 가장 높았고, 부모 교육이나 훈련 등과 병합하여 실시한 경우도 많았다. 넷째, 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과, 2000년 ~ 2010년까지는 핵심 증상에 대한 이해가 주된 관심이었다면 2011년 이후에는 구체적인 문제 행동과 긍정적이고 예방적인 차원의 다양한 중재 방법이 등장하였다. 이러한 결과는 ADHD 아동과 청소년의 사회성 향상을 위한 중재 연구들이, 사회적 상호작용 및 대인관계 형성을 통해 사회 구성원으로서의 적응과 기능 향상을 궁극적인 목표로 설정하고 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구는 ADHD 아동 및 청소년을 위한 강점 기반 중재의 방향성을 제시하고, 향후 맞춤형 프로그램 개발과 통합적 지원 체계 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine research trends on intervention strategies for improving social skills in children and adolescents with ADHD, focusing on Korean academic journals published between 2000 and 2024. A total of 132 papers were analyzed using content analysis and keyword network analysis, categorized into three time periods: 2000–2010, 2011–2020, and the first half of 2021–2024. The results are as follows. First, a majority of the studies targeted elementary school students (77.3%) and focused exclusively on male participants (56.4%). Second, mixed-method research combining qualitative and experimental approaches was the most common (58.3%), with a gradual increase in the proportion of qualitative studies over time. Third, arts and physical education-based interventions were most frequently used (47.7%), with art-related interventions being the most prevalent. Many studies also implemented interventions in conjunction with parent education or training programs. Fourth, keyword network analysis revealed that from 2000 to 2010, the primary research focus was on understanding core symptoms of ADHD. Since 2011, however, studies have increasingly explored specific behavioral issues and various positive, preventive intervention methods. These findings suggest that intervention research for children and adolescents with ADHD primarily aims to achieve social inclusion through fostering social interaction and relationship-building. Accordingly, this study proposes a future direction for strength-based interventions and may serve as basic data for the development of tailored programs and the establishment of integrated support systems.
