국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인복지 분야 사회복지사들의 디지털 역량의 중요성을 실증하는 기초 연구로서 이들의 디지털 역량 수준을 파악하고 이것이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향, 특히 직무성과를 매개하여 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 장애인복지시설 사회복지사 202명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 분석한 결과 디지털 리터러시는 직무만족과 직무성과 각각에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 독립변수인 디지털 리터러시와 매개변수인 직무성과를 모두 투입한 상태에서 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 디지털 리터러시가 직무성과를 매개하여 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 장애인복지 분야 사회복지사의 디지털 리터러시 역량 강화가 직무성과 및 직무만족 향상을 위해 중요한 요소이며 조직 관리의 핵심 역량으로 기능할 수 있음을 의미한다. 연구 결과를 토대로 장애인 분야 사회복지사를 위한 집중적인 디지털 교육 및 훈련 프로그램 마련, 디지털 기술 활용을 위한 조직적 지원 및 인프라 개선, 그리고 디지털 포용 실현을 위한 사회복지사의 역할 인식 강화를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was undertaken as foundational research to empirically substantiate the importance of digital competency among social workers in the field of disability welfare. The primary objectives were to ascertain their level of digital competency and to investigate its effects on job performance and job satisfaction, with particular attention to the mediating effect of job performance in the relationship between digital competency and job satisfaction. For this study, a survey was administered to 202 social workers employed at disability welfare facilities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0. The results indicated that digital literacy exerted a significant positive influence on both job performance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, when both the independent variable (digital literacy) and the mediating variable (job performance) were included in the analysis of job satisfaction, a full mediating effect was identified, suggesting that the influence of digital literacy on job satisfaction was entirely mediated by job performance. These findings suggest that strengthening the digital literacy competency of social workers in the disability welfare sector is a crucial factor for enhancing job performance and job satisfaction, and can function as a core competency for organizational management. In light of these results, the study recommends the implementation of comprehensive digital education and training programs tailored for social workers in the disability field, the enhancement of organizational support and digital infrastructure, and the strengthening of social workers’ awareness of their roles in promoting digital inclusion.
