국문 초록

본 연구는 국내외 상담ㆍ심리치료 및 가족․관계 문제 분류체계를 검토하여 관계적 개념화에 기초한 가족문제 유형 분류체계 수립을 탐색한 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 국내 주요 학술지 논문 21편을 분석하고 DSM-5-TR 관계문제 진단 기준, AAMFT 가족치료 주제 분류, 공공 상담기관 분류체계를 비교하였다. 국내 문헌은 이론ㆍ사례 중심 분류가 주를 이루었으며, DSM은 관계문제를 개별 증상의 요인으로 규정해 가족치료의 임상 근거를 제공하였다. AAMFT는 통합적 분류를 제시했으나 일부는 개인 중심으로 구성되었고 한국적 문화와 부합하지 않는 주제는 검토가 요구되었다. 공공 상담기관은 사건, 증상 중심으로 관계 중심 개입에 한계가 있었다. 본 연구는 가족 상호작용 등 관계적 개념화를 반영한 가족문제 분류체계 정립의 필요성을 제기한다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study aimed to provide exploratory groundwork for establishing a typology of family problems centered on relational conceptualization. Methods: A total of 21 articles from major Korean family therapy journals were analyzed to identify analytical frameworks and key terms. In addition, the DSM-5-TR and AAMFT classification systems were reviewed, and problem-classification approaches in major Korean public counseling organizations were compared. Results: Korean studies generally categorized family problems into theoretical typologies or case-centered approaches. The DSM-5-TR frames relationship problems as factors influencing individual symptoms, highlighting their clinical intervention relevance. The AAMFT system provides thematic categories but is partly oriented toward the individual, requiring cultural adaptation. Public counseling systems rely mostly on symptom- or event-based classifications, which limit systemic relational interventions. Conclusions: The findings highlight the necessity of a family problem classification system rooted in family interaction processes and aligned with systemic perspectives in family therapy, thereby enhancing clinical and policy relevance in Korea.
