늘봄학교 현장 안착을 위한 ‘학습형 늘봄프로그램 재능기부 챌린지’ 참여경험에 관한 사례연구 - 사이코사이버네틱(PMAT) 모델을 활용한 난화그리기를 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 늘봄학교‘학습형 늘봄프로그램 재능기부 챌린지’프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 사례분석을 통해 늘봄학교 참여 초등학교 학생들의 심리와 정서 지원은 물론 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위한 미술치료 프로그램의 지원체계 및 방향성을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2024년 7월 24일 Y초등학교 늘봄교실 프로그램 참여 1학년 16명을 대상으로 45분간 진행한‘미술아! 놀자! 그림으로 표현하는내 마음’이란 주제로 사이코사이버네틱(PMAT) 미술치료 모델을 활용한 난화그리기를 활용하여 미술 치료 프로그램을 진행하면서 경험한 사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과 1단계에서는 친구들과 난화를 그리고 이야기를 나누면서‘긴장완화’를 경험하였고 2단계 자유로운 미술작업에서는‘내면의 감정표현’ 을 하게 하였으며, 3단계 표현된 이미지를 찾으면서‘숨겨진 내 마음 표현’과 4단계 종결 및 통합의 단계에서는 친구들과 대화를 나누면서‘서로에 대한 이해’를 경험하게 되었다. 본 사례연구에서 도출된 결과들을 바탕으로 늘봄학교에서 다양한 미술치료 프로그램의 시행을 통해 아이들에게 정서와 심리적 안정감을 도와줄 뿐만 아니라 또래들과의 관계 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 제공 등의 확대가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present a support system and direction of an art therapy program to support the psychological and emotional support of elementary school students participating in the Neulbom School ‘Learning-type Neulbom Program Talent Donation Challenge’ program as well as their growth and development through a case analysis of the experience of participating in the Neulbom School ‘Learning-type Neulbom Program Talent Donation Challenge’ program. To this end, we analyzed the cases experienced while conducting an art therapy program using a psychocybernetic (PMAT) art therapy model with the theme of ‘Art! Let’s play! Expressing my heart through drawings’ for 45 minutes for 16 first-year students participating in the Neulbom Classroom program at Y Elementary School on July 24, 2024. The results of the study showed that in the first stage, they experienced ‘tension relief’ while drawing and talking with friends, and in the second stage, free art work, they experienced ‘expressing their inner emotions’, and in the third stage, finding the expressed image, they experienced ‘expressing their hidden hearts’, and in the fourth stage, the stage of conclusion and integration, they experienced ‘understanding each other’ while talking with friends. Based on the results derived from this case study, it is necessary to expand the provision of diverse programs that can help children achieve emotional and psychological stability as well as form relationships with peers through the implementation of various art therapy programs at Neulbom School.
