진로연계 발명교육 경험 만족도와 진로 및 학습관리 태도의 관계 : 일반계 고등학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반계 고등학생의 진로연계 발명교육 경험 만족도와 진로관리(진로인식, 진로탐색, 진로 설계) 및 학습관리(학습계획, 학습태도) 태도의 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 경상남도 A고등학교 2학년 219명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 일부 학생들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하 였다. 측정도구는 한국직업능력개발원(2017)의 일반고등학생용 진로개발역량지표 조사지를 교육학 전공 교수 2인 및 박사과정 2인의 검토를 통해 수정·보완하여 사용하였으며, SPSS 26.0을 활용해 기술통 계, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-검정, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 진로연계 발명교육 경험 만족도가 높은 집단은 모든 하위 영역에서 평균 점수가 유의하게 높았으며(p<.001), 만족도는 학습태도와 진로설계에서 특히 높은 영향력을 보였다. 질적 분석에서도 발명교육이 창의적 사고력 증진과 진로개발역량 강화에 기여함이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 진로연계 발명교육이 학생들의 진로및 학습관리 태도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 효과적인 교육 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the satisfaction of general high school students with career-linked invention education experiences and their attitudes toward career management (career awareness, career exploration, career design) and learning management (learning planning, learning attitude). To this end, a survey was conducted with 219 second-year students at High School A in Gyeongsangnam-do, and interviews were carried out with some of the students. The measurement tool was the Career Development Competency Index Questionnaire for General High School Students developed by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (2017), which was revised and supplemented through review by two professors in education and two doctoral candidates. Using SPSS 26.0, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis were performed. The analysis results showed that the group with higher satisfaction in career-linked invention education experiences scored significantly higher on all subdomains (p<.001), with satisfaction showing particularly strong influence on learning attitudes and career planning. Qualitative analysis also confirmed that invention education contributed to enhancing creative thinking skills and strengthening career development competencies. These findings suggest that career-linked invention education can serve as an effective educational strategy that positively influences students’ career and learning management attitudes.
