낙인에 대한 국내 연구 동향:「상담학연구」와「한국심리학회지: 상담 및 심리치료」게재 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 상담학계에서 이루어진 낙인 연구들을 분석하여 그 흐름과 동향을 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 KCI에 등재된 「상담학연구」와 「한국심리학회지: 상담 및 심리치료」 논문 22편을 연구대상으로 선정하여 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 발행 논문 수는 2021년에 4편으로 가장 많이 발행되었다. 둘째, 연구주제별로는 상담 및 정신건강 서비스에 대한 내담자 및 일반인들의 지각/태도 연구가 13편(59.09%)으로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구대상별로는 연령 기준으로 성인이 12편(52.17%), 소수자 정체성과 상담관계와 직업적 환경에서의 역할을 기준으로 해당 없음이 각각 11편(47.83%), 16편(69.57%)으로 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구방법별로는 양적 연구가 17편(77.27%)으로 가장 많았다. 이러한 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze stigma research conducted in the field of counseling in South Korea and identify its trends and patterns. Methods: Twenty-two studies published in Korea Citation Index (KCI)-listed counseling journals were selected for the research sample and analyzed based on the year of publication, research topic, study subjects, and research methods. Results: First, the number of papers published by year was the highest at four in 2021. Second, regarding research topic, studies on perceptions and attitudes of clients and the general public toward counseling and mental health services were the most common, accounting for 13 studies (59.09%). Third, regarding study subjects, adults were the most frequently studied group based on age (12 studies, 52.17%). In terms of minority identity, counseling relationships, and professional environments, the “not applicable” category appeared most frequently, with 11 studies (47.83%) and 16 studies (69.57%), respectively. Fourth, quantitative research was the most commonly employed methodology, appearing in 17 studies (77.27%). Conclusions: Based on these findings, suggestions for future research were discussed.
