완벽주의와 소진의 관계에 관한 연구 동향: 국내 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 완벽주의와 소진의 관계에 관한 국내 학술지의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스 (Research Information Sharing Service: RISS)에서 ‘완벽주의와 소진의 관계’의 변인으로 연구한 논문 중 KCI 등재된 논문 37편을 선정하여 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 통계방법, 측정도구, 연구변인을 기준으로 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2003년의 연구 1편을 시작으로 2011년부터 지속적으로 연구가 진행되었으며 2021년에 7편(18.9%)으로 가장 많이 게재되었다, 둘째, 연구 대상은 직종별로 구분하였을때 전문직을 대상으로 했던 연구가 20편(54%)으로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 양적연구 34편(91.8%)으로 가장 많았으며 변인 간 관계를 주제로 연구한 논문이 30편(81%)으로 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 넷째, 측정 도구로는 소진 척도 중 Maslach and Jackson(1981)가 개발한 MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory)척도를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 완벽주의 척도에서는 Hewitt, Flett(1991)가 개발한 다차원 완벽주의 척도 MPS (Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale)를 원척도로서 가장 많이 사용하였다. 다섯째, 연구변인별로 분류하였을때 완벽주의와 소진에 대한 관계는 독립변인과 종속변인의 관계에서 28편(80%)으로 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 위와 같은 분석 결과를 중심으로 연구의 한계점과 완벽주의와 소진의 관계에 대한 연구 방향성에 대해 제언했다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The study aim was to suggest the direction of future research by looking at trends in domestic journals on the relationship between perfectionism and burnout. Methods : Thirty-seven papers registered in the Korea Citation Index (KCI) were selected among the papers studied as variables of 'the relationship between perfectionism and burnout' in the Research Information Sharing Service: RISS. The results were analyzed based on the year of publication, research topic, research subject, research method, statistical method, measurement tool, and research variable as follows. Results : First, since one study published in 2003, research has been conducted continuously since 2011, an in 2021, seven articles (18.9%) were published the most. Second, when categorized by occupation, 20 studies (54%) targeted professional professions. Third, regarding the research method, 34 quantitative studies (91.8%) were the most common, and 30 papers (81%) examining the relationship between variables accounted for the largest proportion. Fourth, as a measurement tool, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) was used the most. For perfectionism, the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS) developed by Hewitt and Flett (1991) was most often used as the original scale. Fifth, when classified by research variable, it was confirmed that the relationship between perfectionism and burnout was most studied with 28 articles (80%) in the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Conclusions : Focusing on the above analysis results, limitations of the study were identified along with the direction of the study on the relationship between perfectionism and burnout.
