유아교사의 동료 협력, 디지털 리터러시가 테크노스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 동료 협력과 디지털 리터러시가 테크노스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상은 현직 유치원에서의 경력이 1년 이상인 공⋅사립 유치원 교사 229명이며, 동료 협력, 디지털 리터러시, 테크노스트레스 설문지를 이용하여 2023년 12월 한 달간 자료를 수집하고 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 적률상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 유아교사 의 동료 협력과 디지털 리터러시는 유아교사의 테크노스트레스와 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 동료 협력과 디지털 리터러시는 테크노스트레스에 유의한 설명력을 가진 변인이며, 부적인 영향력을 갖고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 동료 협력과 디지털 리터러시가 높을수록 테크노스트레스를 낮출 수 있음을 보여주며 동료 협력 체계를 지원하고 디지털 리터러시를 강화함으로써 유아교사의 테크노스트레스를 지속적이고 효과적으로 관리해야 할 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of colleague collaboration and digital literacy on early childhood teachers' technostress. The study population was 229 public and private preschool teachers with more than one year of service, and data were collected and analyzed using a questionnaire on colleague collaboration, digital literacy, and technostress. The results of the study showed that first, early childhood teachers' colleague collaboration and digital literacy were inversely related to early childhood teachers' technostress. This means that higher levels of early childhood teachers' colleague collaboration and digital literacy are associated with lower levels of technostress. Second, early childhood teachers' colleague collaboration and digital literacy had significant explanatory power and negative effects on technostress, meaning that higher levels of early childhood teachers' colleague collaboration and digital literacy were associated with lower levels of technostress. These findings are significant as a basic study to explore ways to reduce technostress among early childhood teachers and suggest the need for continuous and effective management of technostress among early childhood teachers.
