국문 초록

This study is a secondary data analysis study conducted to analyze the prevalence of depressive symptoms and the impact of subjective stress levels on subjective health levels in adults aged 40 years or older. Logistic regression analysis showed that variables that significantly affected subjective health level were lack of private insurance (OR=1.522, 95% CI=1.221–1.896, p<0.001), presence of chronic disease (OR=2.142, 95% CI=1.764–2.603, p<0.001), regular exercise (OR=1.570, 95% CI=1.262–1.953, p<0.001), high prevalence of depressive symptoms (OR=5.203, 95% CI=3.258–7.671, p<0.001), and high level of subjective stress (OR=2.851, 95% CI=2.328–3.493, p<0.001). This study was conducted primarily through quantitative analysis, and in the future, more in-depth analysis of health awareness and behavioral factors should be conducted through qualitative or mixed-methods research.
