국문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the influence of sexual attitudes, health literacy, and demographic characteristics on reproductive health promotion behaviors among nursing students. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 131 nursing students, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Significant differences in reproductive health promotion behaviors were observed based on smoking, and drinking status. Multiple regression analysis revealed that sexual attitudes (β=0.356, p<0.001) and current smoking (β=-0.200, p=0.015) significantly influenced reproductive health promotion behaviors, with sexual attitudes showing the strongest impact. However, health literacy did not show a significant association. The overall model explained 21.1% of the variance in reproductive health promotion behaviors (R²=0.242, adjusted R²=0.211). These findings emphasize the need for tailored educational interventions that foster positive sexual attitudes and address smoking behaviors to improve reproductive health among nursing students. The study provides foundational data for designing effective programs to enhance students’ health and prepare them for guiding patients in reproductive health promotion.
