유아의 정서지능, 셀프리더십, 놀이성이 또래놀이행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 정서지능, 셀프리더십 및 놀이성이 유아의 또래놀이행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 연구대상은 D시와 G도에 소재한 유아교육기관의 만 5세 유아 398명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율 및 기술통계와 Pearson 상관분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석으로 통계처리하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 유아의 정서지능, 셀프리더십, 놀이성은 모두 또래 놀이행동과 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈으나, 이 중에서 유아의 정서지능과 셀프리더십이 또래놀이행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었으며, 특히 유아의 정서지능이 또래놀이행동에 상대적으로 더 중요한 변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of young children's emotional intelligence, self-leadership and playfulness on their peer play behavior. The subjects of this study consisted of 398 young children, who were 5-years of age, attending day care centers and kindergartens located in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The data were analyzed with Cronbach's a, frequencies, percentiles, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical regression with the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. The results showed that young children's peer play behavior had a significant correlation with their emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and playfulness. In addition, young children's emotional intelligence and self-leadership affected their peer play behavior. Especially, young children's emotional intelligence was found to be a more important variable in their peer play behavior. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of programs that promote positive interaction with children's peer play behavior at education sites for young children.
