유아교사의 신체표현 교과교육학지식과 교수실제의 관계에서 신체표현 교수효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 신체표현 교과교육학지식과 교수실제의 관계에서 신체표현 교수효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 유아교사 289명을 최종 연구 대상자로 선정하였으며 질문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 유아교사의 교과교육학지식과 교수실제 및 교수효능감 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관분석을 실시하였고, 신체표현 교수효능감의 매개효과를 밝히기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위하여 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 신체표현 교과교육학지식과 교수효능감 및 교수실제는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 신체표현 교수효능감은 신체표현 교과교육학지식과 교수실제 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아교사의 신체표현에 대한 교수실제를 높이기 위해서는 신체표현 교과교육학지식과 신체표현 교수효능감을 증진시키기 위한 노력이 필요함을 말해준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the meditating effect of physical expression teaching efficacy on pedagogical content knowledge in physical expression and physical expression teaching practices in early childhood teachers. The subjects in this study were 289 early childhood teachers in early childhood education institutions. The collected data were analyzed by correlation and mediating effect analyses with the SPSS 21.0 program. The main results of this study were as follows. First, there are meaningful positive relationships among early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in physical expression, physical expression teaching efficacy, and physical expression teaching practices. Second, early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in physical expression on physical expression teaching practices was partially mediated by their physical expression teaching efficacy. These findings indicate that early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in physical expression and physical expression teaching efficacy should be improved for physical expression teaching practices.
