유아-교사 간 대화식 저널작성 활동에서 나타나는 변화 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아-교사 간 대화식 저널 작성 활동을 통해 관계와 소통을 경험한 유아와 교사에게 어떠한 변화가 나타나는지 분석하고 이러한 변화가 유아와 교사의 관계 및 소통형성에 어떠한 의미를 가지는지를 고찰하여 현장에서 유아와 교사 간 대화식 저널 작성 활동의 활용방안에 대해 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과 유아-교사 간 대화식 저널 작성 활동을 통해 첫째, 유아는 교사와의 대화식 저널 작성 활동을 거듭하면서 교사와의 관계를 편안하게 느끼게 되었고 주도적인 태도로 이전 저널의 내용을 활용하여 다음 저널을 작성해나갔으며 보이는 것만이 아니라 이해하는 것을 주제로 이야기하는 모습을 나타내었다. 둘째, 교사는 유아와의 대화식 저널 작성 활동을 거듭하면서 유아에게 주는 것보다 받는 것이 많다고 느꼈고 적극적인 경청을 통해 과정에 의미를 두게 되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze how a dialogue journal-writing activity between children and a teacher changes the children and the teacher experiencing a relationship and communication. It also considered how meaningful such a change is in forming a relationship and communication between children and a teacher in order to provide implications on how to use a dialogue journal-writing activity for children and teachers in the actual field. According to the results, through children-teacher dialogue journal-writing activity, children first came to feel comfortable about their relationship with the teacher by repeating the dialogue journal-writing activities with the teacher and kept writing new journals using the contents of previous journals with an initiative attitude and also talked about not only what was seen clearly but also about topics they could understand. Second, repeating the dialogue journal-writing activities with children, the teachers felt what they gained from the children was greater than what they gave to them and considered the process to be meaningful through positive listening.
