고등학생의 학교적응이 정서문제를 매개로삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 학교적응이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 학교적응과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 정서문제가 매개역할을 하는지 검토하고자 하였다. 연구 자료는한국청소년정책연구원이 실시한 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 2010 초4패널의 7차년도(2016년) 자료를 활용하였으며, 총 1,923명(남학생 1,012명, 여학생 911명)의 데이터를 분석하였다. SPSS21.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(SEM)과 부트스트래핑 기법을 통해 간접효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 학교적응은 정서문제 및 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 학교적응은 정서문제를 매개로 삶의 만족도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한결과는 고등학생의 학교적응이 정서적 안정성을 높이고, 결과적으로 삶의 만족도를 증진시키는 데중요한 역할을 하는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 학교적응과 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 정서적 지원의 필요성을 제안하며, 교육 및 상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the impact of school adjustment on life satisfaction amongfirst-year high school students and examine whether emotional problems mediate therelationship between school adjustment and life satisfaction. Data were drawn from the 7th wave (2016) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) 2010, comprising1,923 students (1,012 boys and 911 girls). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) andbootstrapping methods were applied using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 to verify indirecteffects. The results indicated that school adjustment significantly affected both emotionalproblems and life satisfaction. Additionally, school adjustment indirectly influenced lifesatisfaction through emotional problems. These findings suggest that school adjustment plays acrucial role in fostering emotional stability, which subsequently enhances life satisfactionamong high school students. This study emphasizes the importance of providing emotionalsupport to improve school adjustment and life satisfaction, offering foundational data fordeveloping evidence-based educational and counseling interventions aimed at supportingadolescent well-being.
