국문 초록

본 연구는 시설경비원들의 신체적 자기효능감과 회복탄력성이 민간경비 서비스질에 미치는영향을 파악하기 위한 연구로 2024년 7월부터 9월까지 2개월 동안 시설경비업체에서 근무하고 있는 시설경비원 358명을 대상으로 최종 분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째. 시설경비원의 신체적 자기효능감은 회복탄력성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설경비원의 회복탄력성은 서비스질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째,시설경비원의 신체적 자기효능감은 서비스질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 시설경비원들의 신체적 자기효능감과 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 다양한 프로그램 및 교육이필요할 것으로 사료되며, 서비스 질은 기업의 가치 및 경영성과에 영향을 미치기 때문에 시설경비원들의 처우 및 업무환경 개선 또한 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study is a study to identify the impact of the physical self-efficacy andresilience of facility guards on the quality of private security services, and conducted a finalanalysis of 358 facility guards working for facility security companies for two months fromJuly to September 2024. First of all, the results of the study. The physical self-efficacy offacility guards was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on resilience. Second, theresilience of facility guards was found to have a significant positive effect on the quality ofservice. Third, the physical self-efficacy of facility guards was found to have a significantpositive (+) effect on the quality of service. Therefore, various programs and education areneeded to improve the physical self-efficacy and resilience of facility guards, and the qualityof service affects the value and management performance of the company, so it is alsonecessary to improve the treatment and working environment of facility guards.
