학교부적응 학생의 부적응 실태 및 지원에 관한 교사의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교부적응 학생의 부적응 실태 및 그들의 지원에 대한 교사의 인식을 파악함으로서 학교부적응 학생의 적응을 도모하기 위한 효율적인 지원의 방향성을 모색하고 나아가서 적응의 장 마련과 교육 시스템 구축에 있어 필요한 실질적인 제도마련을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 대안학교, 특수학급 그리고 청소년 상담센터 및 치료실과 같은 사설기관에서 학교부적응 학생을 지도하고 있는 담당교사 61명을 대상으로 설문지 조사연구방법을 사용하여 연구를 진행한 결과, 다음의 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교부적응 학생의 문제유형에 대한 교사의 인식에 있어서는 전체교사가 가정환경에 있어 가장 문제를 가진다고 응답하였고 다음으로 학습, 사회성, 비행, 행동에 있어 문제를 나타내는것으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 학교부적응 학생의 부적응 행동에 대한 교사의 인식에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의미한차이가 검증되지 않았다. 그러나 이를 담당학생유형에 따라 살펴보면, 학대학생의 부적응 행동을교사는 가장 심각하게 인식하고 있었으며 다음으로 비행학생, LD/ADHD학생의 순이었다. 셋째, 학교부적응 학생의 지도상에 있어서 교사의 곤란도에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가나타나지 않았다. 그러나 이를 담당학생유형에 따라 살펴보면, 교사는 비행학생을 지도할 때 가장 곤란도를 많이 느끼는 것으로 인식하고 있었으며 다음으로 LD/ADHD학생, 학대학생의 순이었다. 넷째, 학교부적응 학생의 지원을 위한 교사의 요구도는 근무지 유형에 따라서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 성별, 근무경력, 근무지유형에 따른 교사의 전체 요구도를 검토해보면 여자가 남자보다, 근무경력이 오래될수록 요구도가 높았다. 그리고 특수학급에 근무하고 있는 교사의 지원요구도가 가장 높았으며 다음으로 대안학교, 사설기관의 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research was based on the goal in searching for the way of the efficient support for the adaptation of the students who have a difficulty to adjust to school and preparing the place of the adaptation and providing the basic materials for the practical system to make an education system by figuring out the state of the inadaptable students and the recognition of the teachers about the support for them. As a result of the research by interviewing 61 teachers who are taking charge of the students with a difficulty to adjust to school, we could come to the following conclusions. First, in the recognition of the teachers about the types of the problems of the students who have a difficulty to adjust to school, all the teachers participated in the interview said that the students have the biggest problems in their home environment and then they have recognized that the second biggest problems are in their school work, sociality, misconduct and behavior. Second, in the teachers' recognition about the behavior of the students with a difficulty to a adjust to school, there wasn't any evidence of the meaningful difference, but viewing the matter according to the types of the inadaptable students, teachers have recognized that the inadaptable behavior of the abused students was the most serious and then the behavior of the students with misconduct, and the behavior of the students who had LD/ADHD was the least serious. Third, there wasn't any difference statistically in the difficulty of the teachers to guide the inadaptable students. But viewing it according to the types of the students whom teachers are taking charge of , teachers have recognized that they have the biggest difficulty in teaching the students with misconduct and then the students who had LD/ADHD, the last was the abused students. Fourth, in teachers' demands for the support of the inadaptable students in school, there was a difference statistically according to the types of the work place. Viewing the teachers' demands according to sex, work experience, the types of the work place, women's demands were higher than the men's and the longer they worked, the higher they demanded. And the demands for the support of the teachers who are working in special class were the highest, and then an alternative school, the last was a private organization.
