초등학교 특수교사와 일반교사의 국어과 교과교육 교수효능감 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애학생의 통합교육을 위해 그들의 요구에 맞는 교육과정 수정에 필요한 초등 특수교사의 교과교육에 대한 교수효능감과 초등 일반교사의 교수효능감의 특성을 비교하여 초등 특수교사의 양성과정과 현직 연수과정의 교과교육 교육과정에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 특수교사와 초등 일반교사 간 국어과 교과교육에 대한 교수효능감을 비교한 결과 초등 특수교사가 초등 일반교사에 비해 국어과 교과교육에 대한 교수효능감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등 특수교사와 초등 일반교사의 교수효능감의 구성 요인인 교수 전략 효능감, 학생 참여 효능감, 수업 관리 효능감의 각각의 요인들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 두 집단 모두 하위 요인들은 뚜렷한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 교사 양성과정과 현직연수 과정에서 국어과 교과교육 지도 방법 수강 경력이 있는 초등 특수교사와 초등 일반교사 간 교수효능감의 차이를 분석한 결과, 양성과정과 현직 연수 과정에서 국어과 교과교육 지도 방법을 수강한 초등 특수교사들이 초등 일반교사들에 비해 전체적으로 교수효능감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examined the teaching efficacy about Korean language education of special education teachers and general education teachers in elementary schools. This study provided basic data for development of Korean language education program in special education teachers' pre-service and in-service training course and prepare a foundation, so that an important direction for content structure of subject's education course of special education teachers is suggested, by analyzing the teaching efficacy according to special education teachers related variables(teaching experiences). The participants of this study were special education teachers majored in elementary special education and general education teachers majored in elementary education. In this study, the Korean Language Teacher's Efficacy(KLTE) analyzed into classroom management efficacy, student participation efficacy, and teaching strategy efficacy. As well, this study used measurement tools that were modified from OSTES(Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Scale) to measure Korean language teacher's efficacy. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 for Windows. The conclusions of present study were as follows. First, there were significant differences of teaching efficacy between two groups. The teaching efficacy of elementary special education teachers was lower than that of elementary general education teachers. Second, there were significant differences of teaching efficacy between two groups after analyzing the difference in KLTE according to teachers' register for Korean Language subject's education course(pre-service and in-service program), .
