수출 중소기업의 네트워크와 활용 및 탐험 활동과의 관계에 관한 실증분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 해외 수출 중소기업을 대상으로 해외 비즈니스 및 사회적 네트워크와 활용 및 탐험활동, 해외진출성과 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 564개의 한국 중소기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, 해외 비즈니스 네트워크는 활용 활동에긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 사회적 네트워크는 부정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 반면,해외 비즈니스와 사회적 네트워크 모두 탐험 활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 활용 활동은 탐험 활동에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 활용과 탐험 활동 모두해외진출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국 중소기업의국제화에 관한 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the structural relationships of foreign business and socialnetworks of small and medium-sized export enterprises, exploitation and explorationactivities, and internationalization performance. Employing 564 Korean SMEs, SEM resultsfound that foreign business networks positively influenced exploitation activities while socialnetwork negatively influenced the activities. Both foreign business and social networksaffected exploitation activities. Exploitation activities negatively affected exploration activities. Both exploitation and exploration activities positively influenced internationalizationperformance. The findings of the study provide theoretical and managerial implications in theinternationalization of Korean SMEs.
