예비교사의 성취감성이 학업몰입과 학업소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 교수-학습 상황에서 인지, 행동에 이어 감성에 대한 논의가 증대되고 있으며 그 중 학습자의 성취결과와 관련된 감성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 예비교사가 학습 또는 교수 상황에서 겪는 감성적 상태인 성취감성(achievement emotions)은 본인의 학업 과정 및 결과에 영향을 끼칠 뿐만 아니라 향후 교수자로서 학생들을 가르칠 때에도 중요한 교수 변인이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 성취감성, 학업몰입 및 학업소진의 관계를 규명함으로써 교수-학습 환경에서 유발되는 감성에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울 A대학교와 경기 B대학교 146명의 교직이수 학생 자료를 2016년 2학기 학기말에 수집하여 다중회귀를 통해 성취감성 이 학업몰입 및 학업소진에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 학습관련 감성이 학업몰입에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며 수업관련 감성, 학습관련 감성 및 시험감성이 학업소진에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과는 학습상황에서의 감성 연구에 대한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

More recently, the importance of emotions as well as cognition and behaviors in teaching and learning situations has been increasing. Specifically, research on emotions in field of education largely focused on emotions relevant to achievement process and results of learners. Achievement emotions which pre-service teachers experience during learning or teaching could not only affect their academic process and results but also become an essential instructional variable when teaching. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to help the understanding emotions induced within teaching and learning environments through examining the relationship among achievement emotions, learning flow and academic burnout. To achieve this goal, we collected the data in the end of autumn semester 2017 from 146 students taking a course on teacher education from A university in Seoul and B university. and analyzed whether and how achievement emotions influence learning flow and academic burnout using multiple regression. Results showed that learning-related emotions had a positive influence on learning flow , and class-related emotions, learning-related emotions and test emotions had a negative influence on academic burnout. It is anticipated that this will be preliminary evidence for the functions of emotions in academic situations.
