기본간호학 교과목에서 동영상 UCC 과제 적용 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 기본간호학 교과목에서 적용한 동영상 UCC 과 제의 효과를 탐색하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 2학년 기본간호학 교과목을 수강하는 학생 51명이었으며, UCC 과제의 효과를 확인하기 위해 양적자료와 질적자료를 이용한 혼합설계 연구를 하였다. 과제제출 및 설문 자료수집기간은 2016년 12월 1일부터 9일까지였다. 양적 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하였고, 학습 성과 자신감, 팀활동 만족도, 학습만족도의 평균 및 표준편차로 분석하였다. 학습자 성찰내용은 질적 내용분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 10점 만점에 학습성과 자신감 은 7.80점(1.35), 팀활동영역은 8.00점(2.01), 학습만족영역은 8.29점(1.27)으로 나타났다. 학습자 성찰내용을 분석한 결과, 역량증진에 도움이 됨, 팀내 협력이뤄냄, 환자 중심 간호에 눈뜸의 3개의 주제와 6개의 범주가 도출되었다. 본 과제 적용은 학습자 에게 유용한 과제라고 보여진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the making video UCC in the fundamental nursing subjects on nursing students. The subjects of this study were 51 students who took the fundamental nursing subject in nursing science and the data were collected during 1 to 9 December in 2016. Data analysis was conducted, using SPSS 18.00 for the means and standard deviations of self - confidence on learning achievement, team activity satisfaction, and learning satisfaction. The subjective descriptions among students on the assignment were analyzed on a qualitative content analysis. As a result of the survey, the self - confidence on learning achievement was 7.80 (±1.35), the team activity satisfaction was 8.00 (±2.01), and the learning satisfaction was 8.29 (±1.27). As a result of qualitative content analysis, three themes of competence improvement, cooperating in the team, and patient-centered nursing appeared. Analysis also showed six categories of proactive self-learning, acquiring sense of accomplishment, reconciling differences and reaching agreements, respects to each other, and strengthening the patient safety consciousness. It is shown that the application of video UCC project is useful to learners.
