국문 초록

본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 애착 외상과 사회불안 간의 관계에서 의도 귀인과 정서표현 양가성이 매개하는지 알아보았다. A 광역시의 초등학교 3곳의 한부모가정 아동 4~6학년 245명을 대상으로 애착외상 척도, 의도 귀인 척도, 정서표현 양가성 척도, 사회불안 척도를 사용하여 설문 수집된 2012년 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 방법으로 한부모가정 아동을 대상으로 애착 외상, 의도 귀인, 정서표현 양가성, 사회불안 간의 관계를 확인하기 위해 먼저 상관분석을 실시하였다. 다음으로 의도 귀인과 정서표현 양가성이 한부모가정 아동의 애착 외상과 사회불안 간의 관계에서 매개하는지를 살펴보기 위하여 매개 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 한부모가정 아동의 애착 외상은 의도 귀인을 매개로 하여 사회불안에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한부모가정 아동의 애착 외상은 정서표현 양가성을 매개로 하여 사회불안과의 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한부모가정 아동의 애착 외상은 의도 귀인과 정서표현 양가성을 순차적으로 매개하여 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined whether intentional attribution and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness mediate the relationship between attachment trauma and social anxiety among children from single-parent families. Data were drawn from a 2012 survey of 245 fourth- to sixth-grade students from three elementary schools in City A. The measures included validated scales assessing attachment trauma, intentional attribution, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and social anxiety. First, correlation analyses were conducted to explore the relationships among attachment trauma, intentional attribution, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and social anxiety. Next, mediation models were tested to determine whether intentional attribution and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness mediated the link between attachment trauma and social anxiety. Results indicated that attachment trauma was positively associated with social anxiety through the mediation of intentional attribution. Conversely, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness mediated a negative pathway between attachment trauma and social anxiety. Furthermore, a sequential mediation model showed that attachment trauma influenced social anxiety through intentional attribution, followed by ambivalence over emotional expressiveness. Based on these findings, the study’s implications and limitations are discussed.
