국문 초록

본 연구는 강박 증상과 역기능적 분노 표현의 관계에서 지각된 통제감의 매개효과를 확인하고, 이 과정에서 적대적 귀인 편향이 조절 요인으로 작용하는지를 검증하였다. 성인 336명을 대상으로 강박 증상 목록(OCI-R-K), 상태-특성 분노 표현 척도(STAXI-K), 한국판 Shapiro 통제척도(K-SCI), 가설적 상황도구를 실시하였고 SPSS PROCESS macro를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 강박 증상이 낮은 지각된 통제감을 매개로 역기능적 분노 표현에 영향을 미쳤으며, 적대적 귀인 편향이 지각된 통제감과 역기능적 분노 표현의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 강박 증상이 역기능적 분노 표현과 관련된 인지적·정서적 기제와 어떻게 연결되는지를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 기여한다. 또한 강박 증상의 치료적 개입에서 분노를 적절히 조절하는 것뿐만 아니라 지각된 통제감 향상과 인지적 왜곡 수정 전략을 함께 고려해야 할 필요성을 시사한다. 본 연구는 강박 증상과 역기능적 분노 표현 간의 관계를 보다 심층적으로 탐색하고, 임상적 개입의 방향성을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study examined the mediating role of perceived control in the relationship between obsessive-compulsive (OC) symptoms and dysfunctional anger expression, and further tested whether hostile attribution bias moderates this process. A total of 336 adults completed the Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised Korean version (OCI-R-K), the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean version (STAXI-K), the Korean version of the Shapiro Control Inventory (K-SCI), and a hypothetical scenario task. Data were analyzed using the SPSS PROCESS macro. The results showed that OC symptoms predicted dysfunctional anger expression through reduced perceived control. Furthermore, hostile attribution bias moderated the relationship between perceived control and dysfunctional anger expression. These findings contribute to an empirical understanding of cognitive and emotional mechanisms connecting OC symptoms with dysfunctional anger expression. Clinically, the results suggest that therapeutic interventions for OC symptoms should address not only anger regulation but also the enhancement of perceived control and the correction of cognitive distortions. This study offers meaningful insights into the relationship between OC symptoms and dysfunctional anger expression and provides implications for clinical intervention.
