국문 초록

본 연구는 산업재해 이후 니트(NEET) 상태에 놓인 근로자 집단을 대상으로 심리‧사회적 특성에 따른 잠재집단을 유형화하고, 집단별 재활서비스 욕구 차이를 분석하여 맞춤형 재활지원 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2023년 산재보험패널조사인 3차 코호트 1차년도 조사자료 중 요양을 종결한 니트 상태에 처한 근로자 334명을 대상으로 잠재프로파일 분석(LPA)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, ‘심리-기능 취약형’, ‘심리-기능 중간형’, ‘주도-장벽 공존형’의 3개 잠재 집단이 도출되었으며, 이들 집단은 우울, 자아존중감, 대인관계주도성, 직무수행효능감, 취업장벽의 심리‧사회적 특성에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 특히 ‘심리-기능 취약형’은 심리상담 욕구가 높았고, ‘심리-기능 중간형’은 직업훈련 욕구가 가장 높게 나타났다. ‘주도-장벽 공존형’은 여성 비율이 높고 취업장벽에 대한 인식이 두드러졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 산재 후 니트 근로자의 다양한 심리‧사회적 특성과 재활서비스 욕구를 반영한 맞춤형 개입 방안의 필요성을 제언하며, 향후 재활 정책 수립과 상담 개입 시 실질적인 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify latent profiles of workers in NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) status following industrial accidents, based on psychosocial characteristics, and to analyze differences in rehabilitation service needs across three groups. The goal was to suggest tailored rehabilitation support strategies. Using data from the 2023 Korea Workers’Compensation Panel Survey (3rd cohort, 1st wave), latent profile analysis (LPA) was conducted with 334 workers who had completed medical treatment but remained in NEET status. Three distinct profiles were identified: (1) psychological–functional vulnerable, (2) psychological–functional moderate, and (3) initiative–barrier coexistence. The groups differed significantly in depression, self-esteem, interpersonal initiative, job performance efficacy, and perceived employment barriers. The “vulnerable”group showed the highest demand for psychological counseling, while the “moderate”group expressed the greatest need for vocational training, andthe “coexistence”group, characterized by a higher proportion of women, reported pronounced recognition of employment barriers. The study highlights the importance of designing tailored interventions that address the heterogeneous psychosocial characteristics and service needs of NEET workers after industrial accidents.
