국문 초록

지능정보기술의 발달에 따라 교육환경에서는 학습자의 주도적 감상과 해석을 지원하는 디지털 학습 도구의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 교육적 요구에 대응하여 이미지 분석과 텍스트 생성을 결합한 멀티모달 설명 생성(I2T, Image-to-Text) 모델을 개발하고, 이를 기반으로 중학교 미술 교과과정에 적합한 미술 해석 코스웨어를 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템은 미술 사조 분류, 핵심 키워드 추출, 설명문 자동 생성을 통해 학습자의 감상 활동을 지원하며, 감상 중심의 자기주도 학습을 유도한다. 분석 절차는 텍스트 분석, 이미지 분석, 통합 분석의 세 단계로 구성되며, 교과서 자료와 미술관 아카이브 이미지 등 다양한 교육 자료가 활용되었다. 개발된 코스웨어는 미술 교사 및 교육 전문가를 대상으로 한 정성적·정량적 평가를 통해 교육적 효과성과 실용성을 검증받았다. 그 결과, 수업 연계 가능성과 확장성이 높은 학습 도구로서의 활용 가능성이 확인되었으며, 디지털 전환 시대의 미술교육에 실질적인 기여 가능성을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 생성형 AI 기반 콘텐츠 설계를 통해 예술교육의 질적 향상을 도모하는 실증적 사례를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The rapid advancement of intelligent information technologies has increased the demand for digital learning tools that support learners’ autonomous appreciation and interpretation in art education. In response to this educational need, this study developed a multimodal explanation generation model (Image-to-Text, I2T) that combines image analysis and text generation, and designed art appreciation courseware aligned with the middle school art curriculum. The proposed system supports students’ appreciation activities by automatically classifying art movements, extracting key keywords, and generating explanatory texts, thereby promoting self-directed, appreciation-centered learning. The analysis process consists of three stages—text analysis, image analysis, and integrated analysis—and utilizes a variety of educational resources, including textbook materials and museum archive images. The courseware was evaluated through both qualitative and quantitative methods by art teachers and education experts, confirming its educational effectiveness and practical usability. The results demonstrate that the system holds strong potential for classroom integration and scalability, offering meaningful contributions to the digital transformation of art education. This study presents an empirical case for enhancing the quality of art education through the development of generative AI-based learning content.
