성인 근로장애인의 직무만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인 근로장애인의 직무만족과 생활만족 요인을 알아보고 직무만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 체계적 문헌고찰 연구방법을 활용하였다. KCI, KISS, RISS, e-Article 4곳의 국내 대표 데이터베이스에서 장애인의 일, 고용, 직업, 근로, 직무, 만족, 생활만족 등의 연관 검색어를 조합하여 2024년 10월까지 게재된 국내 학술지 4,814편이 검색되었다. 선정 절차 5단계에 따라 검토한 결과 최종 30편의 연구가 선택되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 직무만족과 생활만족의 주요 요인들을 직무만족(보상 및 안정성, 업무 환경 및 조건, 성장 및 관계), 생활만족(사회적 관계, 경제적 안정, 개인적 삶의 질)으로 각각 범주화할 수 있었다. 둘째, 주요 적용 이론은 크게 3분류로 동기 및 욕구 이론과 직무와 생활 관련 이론, 직업 및 조직 관련 이론으로 나눌 수 있었다. 셋째, 근로장애인의 직무만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향은 직접적이며 매개변수를 통해서 간접적으로도 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 직무만족과 생활만족 간 영향은 단편적인 연결이 아닌, 정서적, 사회적, 경제적 요인 등 복합적인 상호작용을 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실천적, 정책적 제언 및 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study used a systematic literature review research method to find out the job satisfaction and life satisfaction factors of working disabled adults and to examine research trends on the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction. By combining related search terms such as work, employment, occupation, labor, job, satisfaction, and life satisfaction of the disabled in four major domestic databases (KCI, KISS, RISS, and e-Article), 4,814 domestic academic journals published until October 2024 were searched. After reviewing according to the five-step selection procedure, 30 studies were finally selected. As a result of the research, first, the main factors of job satisfaction and life satisfaction could be categorized into job satisfaction (compensation and stability, work environment and conditions, growth and relationships) and life satisfaction (social relationships, economic stability, personal quality of life). Second, the major applied theories can be broadly divided into three categories: motivation and desire theories, job and life-related theories, and occupation and organization-related theories. Third, it was confirmed that the job satisfaction of the disabled workers directly affects their life satisfaction and also indirectly through mediating factors. Fourth, it was confirmed that the effect between job satisfaction and life satisfaction is not a fragmentary connection, but a complex interaction of emotional, social, and economic factors. Based on the research results, practical and policy suggestions and directions for follow-up research were presented.
