ARCS모형을 활용한 특수학생 대상 통합 음악교육 창극 수업 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 효과적인 중학교 통합 음악교육을 위해 ARCS모형의 동기유발 전략을 적용한 창극 수업 방안을 구체적으로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 일반 음악교육과정과 특수 음악교육과정을 비교·분석하여 적합한 장르를 창극으로 선정하였고, 특수 학생의 교육적 특징을 파악하여 ARCS의 학습동기 유발 하위 전략을 3차시 수업 지도안에 포함시켜 구성하였다. 또한, 평가는 특수학생의 부담감을 최소화 시킬 수 있는 교사의 과정평가와 동료평가, 자기평가로 진행할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하였다. 교사평가와 자기평가 항목은 특수 음악교육과정의 성취기준을 반영하였고 자기평가는 ARCS의 주의집중(A), 관련성(R), 자신감(C), 만족감(S)의 4가지 하위 요소를 기반으로 개발하였다. 수업지도안과 평가도구 개발의 내용타당도 검증을 위해 현직교사 2인과 특수교사2인에게 5점 리커트 척도(Likert Scale) 설문을 실시한 결과 각각 평균 4.54점, 4.8점으로 실제 학교 현장에서 무리 없이 활용 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 전문적인 교수모형을 적용한 통합음악교육 후속 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지기를 바라며 더 나아가, 실질적으로 교육 현장에서 긍정적으로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to present a specific Korean opera (Changgeuk) lesson plan utilizing the ARCS motivational model for effective integrated music education in middle school settings. To achieve this, a comparative analysis was conducted between the general music curriculum and the special education music curriculum, selecting Korean opera as the most suitable genre. The educational characteristics of students with special needs were identified, and sub-strategies from the ARCS model for enhancing learning motivation were incorporated into a three-lesson instructional plan. Furthermore, the evaluation framework was designed to minimize the burden on students with special needs, offering foundational materials for teacher-based formative assessment, peer assessment, and self-assessment. Teacher and self-assessment items were developed to reflect the achievement standards of the special education music curriculum, while the self-assessment was based on the four sub-elements of ARCS: Attention (A), Relevance (R), Confidence (C), and Satisfaction (S). To verify the content validity of the lesson plan and evaluation tools, two in-service teachers and two special education teachers were surveyed using a 5-point Likert scale. The average scores were 4.54 and 4.8 respectively, indicating that the program could be effectively implemented in actual school settings. Through this study, it is hoped that continuous research applying professional instructional models in integrated music education will be encouraged and that the results will be positively utilized in real educational environments.
