블렌디드 액션러닝 기반 초등 교육실습 지도 교사의 체육수업 PCK 발달에 관한 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 블렌디드 액션러닝(blended action learning)을 통해 초등교사가 정확한 체육수업 내용교수지식(PCK)를 인지하여 이를 수업에 활용하며 교육실습생이나 동료 교사에게 전이시키는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구참여자로 2개 학교의 전문적 학습공동체 두 팀 10명과 4개 학교 희망자 6명, 총 16명의 현직교사로 커뮤니티를 구성하였다. 연구방법론 측면에서는 성찰, 공유, 실천, 피드백의 과정을 순환하는 액션러닝의 절차에 따라 연구 결과를 질적 패턴으로 분석하고 해석한 실행연구이다. 연구 결과 연구참여자의 체육교과에 대한 인식의 전환, 2022 개정 체육과 교육과정 이해, 효율적인 체육수업을 위한 교수기술 습득이 가장 주목할 만한 성과였다. 체육 교과의 본질을 이해하는 과정에서 연구참여자들은 체육교과가 추구하는 심동적, 인지적, 정의적, 사회적 가치의 중요성을 재고하게 되었다. 이는 초등학생의 움직임 욕구 충족의 중요성을 알고 교육실습생 지도 시 과거 ‘아나공 수업’을 비판하고 스포츠강사에게 수업을 전적으로 맡겨서는 안 된다는 지도 조언으로 나타났다. 2022 개정체육과 교육과정을 탐색함으로써 국가 수준 교육과정은 이론이고 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 체육수업은 실제라는 이분법적 사고를 불식시키는 계기를 마련하였다. 교수기술에 관해서는 도입, 전개, 정리의 학습 단계에서 이루어지는 다양한 체육수업 교수기술에 대해 연구참여자의 경험과 선행연구, 이론서 등 다각적인 접근을 통해 정확한 교수기술에 대한 학습이 이루어졌다. 교육실습 지도 교사는 교사교육자이며 정확하게 PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)를 이해하고 있어야 한다. 향후 교육 정책적으로 교사공동체 활동인 액션러닝 시스템의 현장안착이 요구되며 이에 따른 지원이 확대되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to help elementary school teachers recognize accurate physical education class PCK through blended action learning, utilize it in class, and transfer it to interns or fellow teachers. The community consisted of 16 current teachers, including 10 members from two professional learning communities from two schools and 6 applicants from four schools. In terms of research methodology, this is an action research that analyzes and interprets the action learning process that cycles through the processes of reflection, sharing, practice, and feedback as qualitative patterns. The most notable results of the results were the change in the participants' perception of physical education, understanding of the 2022 revised physical education curriculum, and acquisition of teaching skills for efficient physical education classes. In the process of understanding the essence of physical education, the participants reconsidered the importance of the psychological, cognitive, affective, and social values pursued by physical education. This was shown as guidance advice that the importance of satisfying elementary school students' desire for movement should be recognized, and that the past 'ana-gong classes' should not be criticized when teaching interns, and that sports instructors should not be left entirely to teach. By exploring the revised 2022 physical education curriculum, it provided an opportunity to dispel the dichotomous thinking that the national level curriculum is theory and physical education classes conducted in the field are practice. Regarding teaching skills, accurate teaching skills were learned through a multifaceted approach such as the experiences of research participants, prior research, and theoretical books on various physical education class teaching skills that take place in the learning stages of introduction, development, and organization. Instructor teachers for teaching practice are teacher educators and must have an accurate understanding of PCK. In the future, the field settlement of the action learning system, which is a teacher community activity, is required as an educational policy, and support for this should be expanded.
