국문 초록

이 연구는 예비 초등교사들의 학업스트레스와 우울의 관계를 규명하고 두 변인의 관계에서 스포츠동아리 활동의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 목적달성을 위해 D시에 소재한 교육대학교의 예비 초등교사 326명의 자료를 수집하였고, Smart PLS 4.0 통계프로그램의 구조모형분석을 통해 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 예비 초등교사들의성적과 수업, 공부에 대한 학업스트레스는 우울증상을 높이는 변인으로 확인하였다. 둘째, 스포츠동아리 활동의 조절효과를 검정한 결과, 성적과 수업에 대한 학업스트레스가 스포츠동아리 활동과 상호작용하여 조절효과가 검증되었다. 요약하면, 미래교육의 주체가 될 수 있는 예비 초등교사들의 학업스트레스는 우울증상을 높이는 원인이 될 수 있지만, 학교 내 스포츠동아리 활동이 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있음을 밝혀냈다. 이에 예비 초등교사들의 신체 및 정서적 건강과 생활의 안정을 위해 스포츠동아리가 더욱 활성화될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between academic stress and depression of pre-elementary school teachers and to verify the moderating effect of sports club activities in the relationship between the two variables. To achieve the purpose, data from 326 pre-elementary school teachers at the University of Education located in D City were collected, the structural model analysis of the Smart PLS 4.0 statistical program resulted in meaningful results. First, pre-elementary school teachers identified academic stress in grades, classes, and studies as variables that increase depression. Second, as a result of testing the moderating effect of sports club activities, academic stress on grades and classes interacted with sports club activities to verify the moderating effect. To sum up, Academic stress of pre-elementary school teachers, who can be the subject of future education, can increase depression, but it has been revealed that sports club activities in schools can solve these problems. Accordingly, it is necessary to find ways to further revitalize sports clubs for the physical and emotional health and stability of life of pre-elementary school teachers.
