국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서 이루어지는 예비교사를 위한 다문화교육 교과목에 대한 수업모형을 제안하고자 이루어졌다. 유아를 위한 다문화교육을 실천하기 위해서는 교원양성 과정에서 예비교사의 다문화교육에 대한 가치관을 정립하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 하르부타 학습에 기반한 토론중심의 다문화교육 수업모형을 개발하여 다문화사회에 대한 바른 가치관을 갖고 대처할 수 있는 예비교사의 양성 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 문헌고찰, 요구분석, 전문가 협의 등을 통해 짝과 질문하고 대화하는 토론 과정에서 학습자가 스스로 다문화적 소양과 가치관을 형성해나갈 수 있도록 하는 하브루타 학습에 기반한 다문화교육 수업모형을 구성하였다. 하브루타 학습에 기반한 다문화교육 수업모형은 토론을 통해 다문화사회의 다양한 가치관을 성립하고 예비유아교사로서의 올바른 다문화소양을 형성하는데 목적을 두며, 능동적 상호작용의 원리, 공감과 역지사지, 토론과 경청의 원리를 주요 교수원리로 삼으며 딜레마 주제를 중심으로 ‘논제 조사하기-짝 논쟁-모둠 논쟁-발표-쉬우르(피드백)’의 과정으로 이루어지도록 구성하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest a teaching model for a multicultural education curriculum aimed at preliminary teachers in college. Multicultural education should not be merely focused on adaptive education for children of multicultural families, but should be applied as a curriculum for all those who live in a multicultural society. To this end, it is necessary to develop not only knowledge and skills about social problems, but also analytical thinking that makes criticisms from various perspectives and helps change one’s attitude. To practice multicultural education for infants, it is significant for preliminary teachers to establish proper values for multicultural education within the training sessions. To this end, we developed a discussion-based multicultural education instruction model based on Harvuta learning, and proposed a teaching model suitable for training teachers to cope with the right values of a multicultural society in the future. Thus, a model for early childhood multicultural education based on literature reviews, requirements analysis, and expert consultation was constructed so as to enable learners to form multicultural literacy and value during the process of questioning and communicating with their classmates during debates. Establishing diverse values within a multicultural society by contributing in debates and forming the right multicultural literacy as a teacher are the main goals of this study. In this respect, active interaction, empathy, discussion and listening are the main teaching principles. Moreover, the lesson consists of the process of ‘investigation of the topic - pair dispute – group dispute – presentation – feedback.'.
