체험적 인권교육활동을 통한 예비유아교사의 인식 및 태도 변화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 체험적 인권교육활동을 통해 예비유아교사의 인권에 대한 인식 및 태도 변화를 알아보고 다양한 체험적 활동의 의미를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 아동인권의 가치와 태도를 내면화하여 실천할 수 있는 역량을 함양하기 위하여 참여자가 스스로 인식하고 동기를 유발시키며 변화의 필요성을 충분히 느낄 수 있는 다채로운 체험적 인권교육활동으로 진행하였다. 연구 결과 체험적 인권교육활동을 통한 예비유아교사의 인식 및 태도의 변화로서 ‘낯설음에서 친근함으로, 모호함에서 분명함으로, 주변에서 중심의 역할로’의 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 체험적 인권교육활동은 예비유아교사에게 ‘재미있어서 내면화가 쉬운 인권교육’, ‘다양한 체험이 가능한 인권교육’의 의미로 다가왔다. 본 연구는 향후 예비유아교사를 위한 다양한 인권교육프로그램의 개발 연구를 수행하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to clarify the perception and attitude change of pre - service early childhood teachers through experiential human rights education activities and to investigate the meaning of various experiential activities. This study was to develop a human rights capacity for pre-service early childhood teachers to internalize the values and attitudes of their children‘s rights. Thus, this study was carried out with various experiential human rights education activities in which the participants recognized, became motivated and fully felt the need for change. As a result of the change in perception and attitude of pre-school teachers through experiential human rights education activities, the result showed a change 'from unfamiliarity to familiarity, from ambiguity to clarity, and from the periphery to the role of the center. In addition, these education activities were perceived by the pre-service early childhood teachers as ’Human rights education that is fun and easy to internalize’ and “human rights education with various experiences”. This study will contribute to the development of various human rights education programs for pre - school teachers in the future.
