예비유아교사의 학교현장실습 만족도와 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 간의 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 학교현장실습 만족도와 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 간의 관계를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 소재한 전문대학 유아교육과 3학년 학생으로 학교현장실습을 이수한 312명이며, 평균 연령은 만 22.3세이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 Pearson 적률상관과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 학교현장실습 만족도와 의사소통, 대인관계능력은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대인관계능력은 학교현장실습 만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 의사소통능력은 추가적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 하위영역별로는 학교현장실습 만족도를 예측하는 가장 강력한 변인으로 대인관계능력의 자기노출이 나타났고, 그 다음으로 갈등관리, 권리 및 불쾌감 주장, 분석과 평가, 상호관계 처음맺기, 정서적지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 추가적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among preliminary childhood teachers' satisfaction with the teaching practicum, communication ability, and interpersonal relationship ability. A total of 312 students at universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do who completed a course in teaching practicum participated in this study, and their mean age was 22.3 years old. The research data were collected. Pearson correlation and step-wise multi regression were used to analyze the data with the SPSS 22.0 program. Results showed a positive correlation among the satisfaction with the teaching practicum, communication ability, and interpersonal relationship ability. Additionally, the results indicate that interpersonal relationship ability was the predicted variable that has the most significant relative effect on the satisfaction with the teaching practicum, and interpersonal relationship ability was an additional predictor of the satisfaction with teaching practicum. Moreover, the results of this study indicate that the self-disclosure of interpersonal relationship ability has the most significant predictor of the satisfaction with the teaching practicum. Additionally, the following predictive factors were found: ‘conflict management,’ ‘rights and displeasure expression,’ ‘analysis and assessment,’ ‘interrelationship initiating,’ and ‘emotional support.’
