보육교사의 직무스트레스 관련 국내 학술지 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 직무스트레스 관련 국내 학술지 논문의 연구동향을 분석하고, 향후 직무스트레스 연구의 방향과 과제를 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 최근 23년간 한국연구재단 등재후보지 이상의 학술지에 게재된 논문 총 123편을 선정하여 연구시기별, 연구방법별, 그리고 연구내용별 동향을 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스는 최근의 사회적 관심을 반영하는 주제로서 2011년 이후 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 양적 연구 중 설문지 조사 연구가 주로 이루어지고 있으며, 서울과 경기 지역의 보육교사를 대상으로 다양한 자료분석의 방법을 사용하는 연구가 증가하고 있다. 셋째, 연구변인은 개인, 조직, 직무, 교사전문성 관련 요인으로 범주화할 수 있으며, 자기이해, 리더십, 정서능력, 정신건강의 개인 관련 변인에 대한 연구가 가장 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 추후 직무스트레스 관련 연구는 다양한 변인들 간의 관계 탐색 및 직무스트레스에 대처하기 위한 실제적 대안 중심의 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends in job stress of childcare teachers in domestic journals and to suggest directions for future research on job stress. A total number of 123 studies over the last 23 years was selected. These studies were published in journals beyond the level of the registered candidates of the National Research Foundation of Korea, according to their years, research methods, and research contents. The major results are as follows. First, the research topic of job stress reflects recent social interests, which has flourished since 2011. Second, questionnaires in quantitative studies were mostly used, and there were an increasing number of studies using various data analysis methods with childcare teachers as the participants from Seoul and the Gyeongi Province. Third, the research variables can be categorized into individual, groups, duties, and teacher professionalism, and research on variables for self-understanding, leadership, emotional capability, and mental health as individual factors has thrived. Based on the results of this study, future research on job stress should explore the relationship among a variety of research variables and program development focusing on practical alternatives to managing job stress.
