예비유아교사의 자기분화 수준에 따른 자아상태, 교수신념, 교사효능감의 차이 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자기분화 수준에 따른 자아상태, 교수신념, 교사효능감의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 서울시에 위치한 3년제 유아교육학과 1, 2, 3 학년 학생 187명을 대상으로 자기분화, 자아상태, 교수신념, 교사효능감에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 예비유아교사의 자기분화 점수를 빈도분석 하여 상하위 두 그룹으로 나눈 후, 집단 별 자아상태와 교수신념, 교사 효능감 점수의 차이를 t-test를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 예비유아교사의 자기분화 정도는 자아상 태 및 교사효능감과 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among pre-service teachers' self-differentiation, ego-state, educational beliefs, and teacher efficacy. For the research, Korean Self-Differentiation Inventory, Ego-state Inventory, and Life-position Inventory were distributed to 187 pre-service teachers. It was revealed that there were significant relationships among pre-service teachers' self-differentiation, ego-state, and teacher efficacy. First, in the relation between self-differentiation and ego-state, the group of pre-service teachers with a high level of self-differentiation showed high scores on the adult ego-state inventory and low scores on the adapted child ego-state inventory. Second, in the relation between self-differentiation and teacher efficacy, the group of pre-service teachers with a high level of self-differentiation showed high scores on the personal teacher efficacy inventory.
