특수교사의 자기효능감에 대한 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 자기효능감 연구들의 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2010년부터 2021년까지 국내에서 게재된 연구를 분석하였으며 연구 유형, 자기효능감 유형, 특정도구, 연구 주제에 따라 분석하였다. 자기효능감 연구는 2010년 이래로 매년 평균 10편의 연구들이 수행되었다. 대부분의 연구들은 양적연구였고 질적 연구의 비율은 거의 없었으며 혼합 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 자기효능감 유형은 다문화, 교수, 직업교육과 관련된 특정한 자기효능감을 탐색한 연구보다 일반적 자기효능감을 탐색한 연구가 더 많았다. 측정도구의 경우 국외에서 개발된 연구를 번안 및 수정한 도구를 활용하여 수행하는 것이 더 많았으며 연구 주제의 경우 다양한 변인을 탐색하거나 보다 다양한 변수로 적용되어야 함은 물론이며 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 프로그램도 개발되어야 할 필요성을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 선행연구와 비교하고 다양한 변인, 많은 유형의 연구가 필요하며 특수교사 자기효능감 함양을 위한 프로그램이 구축되어야 함을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of self-efficacy researches for special education teachers. Method: 51 researches published in domestic journals from 2010 to 2021 were selected and analyzed. The trends of researches were analyzed according to research type, self-efficacy type, measurement tool, and research topics. Results: An average of 10 studies related to self-efficacy of special education teachers were published annually for 11 years. Also, most of studies were quantitative types, but qualitative studies had a low weight, and mixed studies were not conducted. The types of self-efficacy were higher in general self-efficacy than in the study of specific self-efficacy such as multi-cultural, vocation, and teaching self-efficacy. As a measurement tool, the tool for reconstruction and reconstruction of foreign tools was used more than the researcher's developed tool. The topics of the study was many studies of variables related to self-efficacy, and the study of programs to promote self-efficacy was insufficient. Conclusion: The needs of the researches of various variables related to self-efficacy, lots of types, and education programs focus on special education teachers were discussed in order to promote the self-efficacy of teachers.
