국문 초록

본 연구는 1인 가구가 앞으로 꾸준히 증가할 것에 대비하여 1인 가구 범죄에 관한 연구를 진행함으로써 유의한 시사점을 논의하고자 진행되었다. 언론 보도와 소셜미디어를 통해 최근 5년간의 데이터를 수집하여 언급량, 연관어, 긍·부정 분석을 시행하였다. 주요 분석결과에 따른 시사점으로는 첫째, 국민의 관심과 정책참여를 끌어내기 위해 적극적인 언론 보도 생성 방안을 탐색하고, 관련 이슈를 발굴하는 노력을 지속해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 정부를 비롯한 지방자치단체, 관련부처, 시민단체 등 서로 소통하고 협업하며 사회 전반적으로 1인 가구 범죄를 사각지대 없이 발 빠르게 대처해 나갈 수 있도록 하는 혁신적 로드맵을 제시할 필요성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 최근에서야 긍정적 단어의 비율이 높아지며 1인 가구 범죄에 대한 사회적 인식이 좋아지는 것을 확인하였고, 특정 성별을 타겟으로 한 정책을 지양하고, 부정적 인식을 심어줄 수 있는 사례를 원천적으로 사전에 제한할 수 있도록 법과 제도를 보완해야 할 것이다. 또한, 국민의 지속적인 관심과 긍정적 인식을 심어주기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to discuss significant implications by conducting a study on single-person household crime in preparation for the steady increase in single-person households in the future. Data over the past five years were collected through media reports and social media, and the amount of mention, related words, and positive and negative analysis were conducted. As for the implications of the main analysis results, first, efforts should be continued to explore ways to generate active media reports and discover related issues to draw public interest and policy participation. Second, it is necessary to present an innovative roadmap that allows the government, local governments, related ministries, and civic groups to communicate and cooperate with each other, and to quickly cope with single-person household crimes in society as a whole. Third, it has only recently been confirmed that the proportion of positive words has increased and social awareness of single-person household crimes has improved, and laws and systems should be supplemented to avoid policies targeting specific genders and limit cases that can instill negative perceptions in advance. In addition, various efforts will be needed to instill continuous interest and positive awareness of the people.
