국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 통합체육 담론의 구조적 특성을 분석하고, 협력적 거버넌스 체계 구축의 방향을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2022년부터 2025년까지 발표된 학술논문 308편과 신문기사 500건을 수집하여, 텍스트 마이닝 기법(TF, TF-IDF, 토픽모델링 분석)을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 신문기사는 교사와 학생 간의 정서적 갈등, 행정적 지원 부족, 사회적 수용성의 한계 등 실천 현장의 문제에 집중한 반면, 학술논문은 정책 효과성과 제도 구조화에 중점을 두는 경향을 보였다. 또한 양 담론 간 핵심 키워드와 토픽 구성의 차이는 통합체육 거버넌스 형성에 있어 이론과 현실 간의 간극을 드러낸다. 본 연구는 통합체육 정책의 실행 가능성과 지속 가능성을 높이기 위한 협력적 구조 마련의 필요성을 제언하며, 학계와 현장 간 상호 이해와 조율의 중요성을 강조한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the structural characteristics of public and academic discourse on inclusive physical education (IPE) in Korea and to suggest strategic directions for establishing a collaborative governance framework. To achieve this, the study collected and analyzed 308 academic journal articles and 500 news articles published between 2022 and 2025 using text mining techniques, including term frequency (TF), term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), and latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) for topic modeling. The analysis revealed that news articles mainly focused on practical challenges, including emotional tensions between teachers and students, lack of administrative support, and limited societal acceptance.. In contrast, academic articles emphasized institutional approaches, focusing on policy effectiveness and structural design. The discrepancy in keywords and topic compositions between the two types of discourse highlights a significant gap between theoretical models and practical implementation in IPE governance. The study underscores the necessity of a cooperative governance structure that bridges academic insights with field-based challenges, ultimately contributing to the formulation of sustainable policies and practices for IPE.
