유아교사를 위한 창의적 교수역량 앱 활용이 창의적 교수역량과 교수효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량 증진을 위한 모바일앱의 활용이 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량의 변화와 교수효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 창의적 교수역량 앱은 유아교사가 자신의 창의적 교수역량을 진단하고 점검하며 동료 교사들과 창의적 교수 사례를 공유하여, 유아의 창의성 증진을 지원할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 창의적 교수역량 앱의 활용이 창의적 교수역량 증진의 변화에 영향이 있는지 알아보기 위해 유아교사 교사를 모집하였고 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분한 후, 실험집단에게만 CTCT 앱을 활용하게 하였다. 앱 배포 전 사전 검사, 앱 제공 3개월 후 사후 검사, 6개월 후 실험집단과 통제집단 유아교사에게 추후 검사를 실시하였다. 최종 분석에서는 3번의 검사에 모두 참여한 실험집단 27명, 통제집단 34명의 자료를 활용하였다, 측정시기별 경향성을 알아보기 위해 기술통계를 활용하였고, 앱 활용의 효과성을 알아보기 위해 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 창의적 교수역량 앱의 활용이 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량 증진에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 앱의 활용은 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량 증진에 지속적이고 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 교수역량 앱은 교수효능감에도 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량과 교수효능감 증진을 위해 교수 연수의 다양화 및 디지털 콘텐츠 개발 및 인프라 확충 등의 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of using the Creative Teaching Competence Mobile App (CTCT App) on changes in creative teaching competencies and teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers. The CTCT app was developed to assist early childhood teachers in assessing and enhancing their creative teaching competencies, as well as to facilitate the exchange of innovative teaching practices among colleagues, thereby promoting creativity in young children. To investigate whether the use of the CTCT app influenced changes in creative teaching competencies, only the experimental group was given the CTCT app. A pre-test was conducted prior to the app's distribution, a post-test was conducted three months after the app's provision, and a follow-up was conducted six months later. The final analysis incorporated data from 27 experimental and 34 control participants who completed all three rounds of testing and was evaluated using descriptive statistics and the latent growth model. The findings of the study demonstrated that the implementation of creative teaching competency applications has a consistent and positive effect on the enhancement of creative teaching competency in early childhood educators. Furthermore, the implementation of creative teaching competency apps exerts a static effect on teaching effectiveness. These findings imply the necessity for policy support, including digital content development and infrastructure expansion, to enhance the creative teaching capabilities and teaching effectiveness of early childhood teachers.
