국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 유보통합 기대감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 교사효능감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 대전, 세종, 충남에 위치한 어린이집 보육교사 223명을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하여 분석하였다. 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유보통합 기대감, 직무만족도, 교사효능감은 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 유보통합 기대감과 교사효능감이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유보통합 기대감은 교사효능감을 매개하여 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유보통합 기대감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향과 교사효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 실효성 있는 유보통합 정책 마련과 교사효능감 향상을 위한 다각적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the effect of childcare teachers' expectations for expectations for integrated Educationon job satisfaction. For this purpose, questionnaires were collected and analyzed from 223 daycare teachers in Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam. The main results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between expectations for integrated education, job satisfaction, and teacher efficacy. Second, expectation of integrated education and teacher efficacy were found to affect job satisfaction. Third, the expectation of integrated education had a significant effect on job satisfaction by mediating teacher efficacy. This study is significant in that it examined the effect of expectation for integrated education on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of teacher efficacy. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase job satisfaction, it is necessary to establish effective integrated education policies and to provide diverse support for improving teacher efficacy.
