유아교사의 그릿과 놀이지원역량 관계에서 행복플로리시의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 그릿과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 행복플로리시의 매개효과를 살 펴보는 데 있다. 이러한 연구를 수행하기 위해 322명의 유아교사를 대상으로 진행하였다. 유아교 사의 그릿 척도는 차화연(2019)의 척도, 행복 플로리시 척도는 Kern과 Butler(2014)이 개발한 척도 를 김미진(2015)이 번안한 척도를 활용하였고, 유아교사의 놀이지원역량 척도는 김화록(2021)의 척 도를 사용하였다. SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 척도의 신뢰도 Cronbach’s α 계수, 변인들 간 의 관계를 확인하기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수 산출, 그릿과 놀이지원역량 간의 관계에서 행 복플로리시의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 절차에 따른 회귀분석, 매개효과 가 유의한지를 살펴보기 위해 Sobel’s 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 그릿, 놀 이지원역량과 행복플로리시 간의 정적 상관 관계가 나타났으며, 그릿과 놀이지원역량 및 행복플 로리시 하위요인 간 유의미한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 그릿의 하위요인 중 열정, 흥 미지속이 놀이지원역량의 하위요인인 인지역량에, 그릿의 흥미지속, 열정, 끈기는 놀이지원역량의 정의적 역량과 실천역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 행복플로리시의 하위요인 중 몰입, 성취, 관계는 놀이지원 역량 중 인지적 역량에, 몰입, 관계는 놀이지원역량의 정의적 역량 에, 의미, 관계, 몰입은 놀이지원역량의 실천적역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 유아교사의 그릿은 행복플로리시를 매개로 놀이지원역량에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타 났고, 행복플로리시가 그릿과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 매개변인으로 작용함을 확인하였다. 본 연 구 결과는 유아교사의 그릿과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 행복플로리시가 유의미한 매개역할로 중 요한 변인임을 검증한 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of happiness flourishing in the relationship between grit and early childhood teachers’competencies in supporting play. The subjects of this study were 322 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers. The Grit scale of early childhood teachers developed by Cha Hwa-yeon(2019) was used. As for the happiness flourishing scale, the PERMA-Profiler scale developed by Kern and Butler(2014) was developed by Mi-jin Kim(2015) a revised scale was used. For the play support competency scale of early childhood teachers, scale of early childhood teachers developed by Kim Hwa-rok(2021) was used. For the collected data, cronbach's α coefficient, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression analysis was performed. Sobel verification was performed to examine whether the mediating effect was significant. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between early childhood teachers' grit, play support competency, and happiness flourishing. Second, among the sub-factors of Grit, passion and continuity of interest were found to have a significant positive effect on cognitive competency. It was confirmed that Grit's persistence of interest, passion, and persistence had a significant positive effect on the defining competency, and practical competency of play support competency. Among the sub-factors of happiness flourishing, immersion, achievement, and relationship had a significant positive effect on cognitive competency, and immersion and relationship had an positive effect on affective competency play support competency. In addition, it was confirmed that the meaning, relationship, and immersion had a significant positive effect on the practical competency. Third, the grit of early childhood teachers was found to have a significant effect on play support competency through happiness flourishing, confirming that happiness flourishing acts as a mediating variable on the relationship between grit and play support competency.
