국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교사들이 교사학습공동체를 기반으로 협력적 실행연구를 수행하며 유아교육 과정평가를 실천하는 과정에서 나타나는 인식과 실천의 변화를 탐색하였다. 5인의 유치원 교사가 참여한 본 연구는 줌(Zoom)을 활용한 5회차 협의회를 중심으로, 교사 간 상호작용, 실행의 공유, 피드백 순환을 통해 평가 실천의 새로운 가능성을 조명하였다. 연구결과, 교사들은 초기의 혼란과 개인적 실천에서 출발하여, 점차 집합적 교사됨을 형성하며 유아의 놀이와 삶 속에서 의미를 생 성하는 감응적이고 윤리적인 평가 실천으로 전환되어 갔다. 특히 교사의 행위성은 개인적 차원을 넘어 공동체적 실천으로 확장되었으며, 유아, 교사, 부모, 동료 간의 관계망 속에서 유아교육과정 평가를 ‘지금-여기’의 생성적인 실천으로 새롭게 인식하려는 흐름이 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아 교육과정평가를 단순한 성취 판단이 아닌, 공동체적 돌봄과 응답의 윤리 속에서 형성되는 존재론 적 실천으로 바라보며, 교육 현장에서 평가가 보다 살아 있는 교육과정으로 작동할 수 있도록 하 는 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the changes in perception and practice experienced by kindergarten teachers as they engaged in collaborative action research within a teacher learning community to implement early childhood curriculum assessment. Five kindergarten teachers participated in this study, which was conducted over five sessions using Zoom. Through mutual interaction, shared implementation, and cycles of feedback, the study illuminated new possibilities for evaluative practice. The results revealed that the teachers moved from initial confusion and individually oriented practices toward a shared sense of teaching, gradually transforming their assessment practices into responsive and ethical engagements that generated meaning within children's play and daily life. Teacher agency was found to expand from the individual to the collective level, reflecting a broader recognition of early childhood curriculum assessment as a generative practice grounded in the ‘here and now’ of relationships among children, teachers, parents, and peers. This study views curriculum assessment not as a simple judgment of achievement, but as an ontological practice rooted in communal care and the ethics of response. Practical implications are presented for enabling curriculum assessment to function as a living part of educational practice.
