국문 초록

본 연구에서는 영구적인 장애를 얻은 산재 근로자의 장애 수용이 자기효능감을 경유하여 삶의 질로 이어지는 경로에서 사회적 지지의 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애 수용이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였고, 사회적 지지의 수준에 따라 달라지는지 확인하기 위해 사회적 지지와 자기효능감의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구 대상자는 근골격계 장애 또는 말초 및 중추신경계 장애를 가진 만 19세 이상의 산재 근로자 140명으로, 오프라인 설문을 통해 장애 수용, 삶의 질, 일반적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지의 문항에 대해 응답하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산재 장애인의 장애 수용은 삶의 질에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애 수용이 자기효능감을 매개하여 삶의 질로 이어지는 경로는 유의하였다. 셋째, 장애 수용과 자기효능감의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 장애 수용과 삶의 질의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 자기효능감의 조절된 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과에 대한 논의와 후속 연구에 관한 제안 사항을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of social support on the pathway from disability acceptance to quality of life through self-efficacy. In particular, this study examined the mediating effect of self-efficacy and the moderated mediating effect of social support and self-efficacy on the relationship between disability acceptance and quality of life. For this purpose, 140 injured workers aged 19 years or older, who has musculoskeletal disorders or peripheral/central nervous system disorders were measured the levels of disability acceptance, quality of life, self-efficacy, and social support. The study produced the following conclusions. First, the level of disability acceptance had a significant direct effect on quality of life. Second, the mediating effect of disability acceptance on their quality of life through self-efficacy was significant. Third, the moderation effect of social support on the relations with disability acceptance and self-efficacy was not significant. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of social support and self-efficacy on the relationship between disability acceptance and quality of life was not significant.
