고구려현(高句麗縣) 실체에 의한 동북공정의 허상(虛像) 규명 - 고구려 건국 연도 재정립과 한사군의 위치를 중심으로

국문 초록

중국이 동북공정에서 ‘고구려 역사가 중국 역사’라고 주장하는 이유는 ‘고구려는 한사군 중 하나인 현토군의 고구려현에서 시작되어 번창하였으나, 한 번도 한사군의 영역을 벗어난 적이 없으며, 역대 중국왕조와 신속 관계를 유지하다가 당나라에 의해서 통일되고, 그 유민 대다수가 한족으로 융입되었다’는 것이다. 하지만 『후한서』, 『삼국지』, 『산해경』 등의 중국 사서들에 의하면 고구려는 현토군 설치 이전에 존재했으며, 고구려현을 품고 있는 현토군이 고구려의 침략으로 군을 고구려 서북쪽으로 옮기기도 하는 등 고구려와 고구려현은 별개라는 사실이 확연하다. 따라서 현토군 설치 이전부터 고구려가 존재했다는 것을 증명하고, 고구려 건국 연도가 재정립되어야 할 필요성을 제기하여, 많은 사서와 자료들을 검토하여 고구려 건국 연도를 기원전 217년으로 재정립하였다. 그리고 한사군이 설치된 영역은 위만조선의 영역일 뿐이라는 기록과 현토군의 고구려현에서 요하가 발원한다는 기록, 『삼국사기』에 고구려 첫 도읍지가 흘승골성으로 북진의 의무려산이라고 명시된 것을 토대로, 한사군의 위치가 북진의 의무려산 서쪽에서 난하 유역에 걸쳐 설치되었다는 것을 밝혔다. 또한 고구려현은 고구려와는 완전히 별개로 서진(西晉) 시대에도 존속하였고, 고구려는 한사군과 한나라를 적대시하여 한사군을 지속적으로 공격했다는 것도 밝혀냈으며, 중국이 고구려 역사를 중국 역사로 만들려는 커다란 목적 중 하나가 대진국 발해 역사를 중국 역사로 만들어야 고구려 멸망 후 유민들이 한족 중국으로 융입되었다는 동북공정에서의 주장을 합리화할 수 있기 때문이라는 사실도 밝혔다. 결국 중국이 동북공정에서 ‘고구려 역사가 중국 역사’라는 근거로 제시한 ‘고구려현에서 고구려가 시작되어, 한사군의 범위를 벗어나지 못하고, 당나라에 의해서 통일된 후, 그 유민 대다수가 한족으로 융입되었다’라는 주장은 모두 허구이거나 허구임을 감추기 위한 수단이라는 것을 밝혀, 동북공정이 허상이라는 것을 규명한 것이다. 아울러 중국 역시 동북공정이 허상이라는 것을 알면서도 고구려 역사를 한족 중국 역사로 만들기 위해서 억지를 부리는 이유는 모택동이 ‘공화국의 장자’라고 극찬한 만주의 영토권을 차지하기 위해서라는 것과 모택동이 만주를 극찬한 이유와 만주가 중국에 강점된 경위도 함께 기술함으로써, 만주의 영토권이 우리 한민족에게 귀속되어야 하는 이유도 밝혔다.

영문 초록

The reason why China claims that 'Goguryeo history is Chinese history' in the Northeast Project is that 'Goguryeo originated and prospered in Goguryeo County in Hyeonto-gun, one of the Hansa-gun, but has never left the territory of the Hansa-gun, and has maintained close relationships with successive Chinese dynasties. It was maintained until it was unified by the Tang Dynasty, and most of its refugees were integrated into the Han Chinese.' However, according to Chinese historical books such as book of later Han, the Three Kingdoms, and Shanhaekyeong, Goguryeo existed before the establishment of Hyeonto-gun, and Hyeontugun, which embraces Goguryeo County, moved its military to the northwest of Goguryeo due to Goguryeo's invasion. It is clear that Goguryeo County is separate. Therefore, by proving that Goguryeo existed before the establishment of Hyeonto-gun, it suggested the need to re-establish the founding year of Goguryeo, and by reviewing many historical records and materials, the founding year of Goguryeo was reestablished as 217 BC. And based on the record that the area where Hansa-gun was installed was only the territory of Wiman Joseon, the record that the Liao River originates from Goguryeo-hyeon in Hyeonto-gun, and the fact that Goguryeo's first capital site was Heulseunggolseong in the Samguk Sagi (History of the Three Kingdoms) and that it was Mt. Yiwulu Mountain in the Northern Jin, the location of Hansa-gun was determined. It was revealed that it was installed from the west of Mt. Yiwulu Mountain in Northern Jin to the Nanhe River basin. In addition, it was revealed that Goguryeo County existed until the Western Jin Dynasty, completely separate from Goguryeo, and that Goguryeo was hostile toward the Hansa-gun and the Han Dynasty and continuously attacked the Hansa-gun. One of China's major goals of making Goguryeo's history into Chinese history was It was also revealed that one of the reasons was to make the history of Balhae, the Great Jin Dynasty, into Chinese history in order to rationalize the claim in the Northeast Project that refugees were integrated into Han Chinese after the fall of Goguryeo. In the end, the argument that China presented in the Northeast Project as the basis that 'Goguryeo history is Chinese history' was that 'Goguryeo started in Goguryeo County, did not escape the scope of the Hansa-gun, and after being unified by the Tang Dynasty, the majority of its refugees were integrated into the Han people.' By revealing that the claims are all fiction or a means to hide the fact that they are fiction, it has been established that the Northeast Project is an illusion. In addition, China also knows that the Northeast Project is an illusion, but the reason it is trying to make the history of Goguryeo into the history of Han Chinese is to take over the territorial rights of Manchuria, which Mao Zedong praised as the 'eldest son of the republic', and the reason why Mao Zedong praised Manchuria. It also describes how Manchuria was taken over by China.
