국문 초록

본 연구는 계층적 대립을 소재로 하고 있는 <기생충>(2019)의 음악적 부조화와 대립을 다루고 있다. 이미 여타 영화음악들을 통해 회자되는 모순의 사례들은이를 ‘어떻게’ 설명할 것인가에 대한 물음을 던진다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 <기생충>의 음악을 현상적 관찰로 끝나지 않고 변증법으로 풀어가기 위함이다. 그중간과정으로서 에이젠슈테인의 영화형식에 대한 변증법적 논의는 수직몽타주를통해 변증법적 체계를 제공하고 있으며, ‘제 자신의 부정성’에서 출발하여 본질- 현상-현실의 순으로 다루고 있는 헤겔의 변증법은 <기생충> 음악분석의 근거를마련하고 있다. 바로크 스타일 음악의 외적인 형식은 내적인 것으로서의 내용과통일되며, 동요풍 노래는 불안정이라는 본질과 통일되어 내용적으로 모순된 현실을 내보인다. 그리고 톱 소리 떨림은 질료로서의 대립을 통해 음악 그 자체의 변증법을 구현하며, 제2의 동요풍 노래와 불협화의 현악 연주, 그리고 첼로 선율과앰비언트 반주는 각각 부분의 대립으로써 음악 그 자체의 변증법을 재차 행하고있다. <기생충>에서의 음악을 헤겔 철학을 근거로 고찰한 것은 본 연구의 큰 의미라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study deals with the musical dissonance and contrast of (2019), which is a subject of hierarchical conflict. The examples of contradictions already discussed through other film music raise the question of how to explain them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to unravel the music of through a dialectical method rather than a phenomenal observation. As an intermediate process, Eisenstein’s dialectical discussion of film form provides a dialectical system through vertical montage, and Hegel’s dialectic, which starts from ‘one’s own negativity’ and deals with essence-phenomenon-reality in order, prepares the basis for the music analysis of . The external form of Baroque style music is unified with the content as an internal thing, and a children’s song is unified with the essence of instability, showing a contradictory reality in terms of content. And the vibration of saw sound embodies the dialectic of music itself through contrast as a material. The second children’s song and the dissonant string performance, the cello melody and the ambient music accompaniment make another the dialectic of the music itself as the contrast of each part. Considering the music in on the basis of Hegel’s philosophy is the great significance of this study.
