국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Z세대 생활체육 동호인들의 SNS 중독 경향성과 불안정 성인애착이 완벽주의적 자기제시 및 우울에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구대상은 경기, 충남, 충북, 전북의 소재한 Z세대(1995~2007년생) 중 20대 이상의 생활체육 동호인 368명을 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종 331부의자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, Z세대 생활체육 동호인들의 SNS 중독 경향성이 완벽주의적 자기제시에 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Z세대 생활체육 동호인들의 SNS 중독 경향성이우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대 생활체육 동호인들의 불안정성인애착이 완벽주의적 자기제시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, Z세대생활체육 동호인들의 불안정 성인애착이 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, Z세대 생활체육 동호인들의 완벽주의적 자기제시가 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 Z세대 생활체육 동호인들은 SNS 중독경향성과 불안정 성인애착을 바탕으로 완벽주의적 자기제시를 추구하게 되며 결국 우울로 이어질 가능성이 있어 생활체육이 단순한 신체활동을 넘어 심리적 회복력과 사회적 유대감을 강화하는 통합적인 역할을 수행해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of SNS addiction proneness and insecure adult attachment on perfectionistic self-presentation and depression among Generation Z recreational sports participants. Subjects of this study include Generation Z(Born between 1995 and 2007) individuals aged 20 and older, who actively participated in recreational sports belonging to Gyeonggi, Chungnam, Chungbuk and Jeonbuk province collected 368 sheets of questionnaire but total 331 sheets were used for actual analysis. This study carried out exploratory factor analysis, verification of reliability, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27.0 to verify the validity of research and suitability of research factors. The results are as follows. First, SNS addiction proneness significantly influenced perfectionistic self-presentation. Second, SNS addiction proneness had a significant effect on depression. Third, insecure adult attachment significantly affected perfectionistic self-presentation. Fourth, insecure adult attachment also had a significant effect on depression. Fifth, perfectionistic self-presentation significantly influenced depression. These findings suggest that Generation Z recreational sports participants tend to pursue perfectionistic self-presentation based on their SNS addiction tendencies and insecure attachment styles, which may ultimately lead to increased depression. Therefore, recreational sports should not only promote physical activity but also play an integrated role in enhancing psychological resilience and social connectedness among Generation Z.
