지적장애 특수학교 직업담당교사의 직업교육 직무연수에 대한 만족도

국문 초록

본 연구는 지적장애 특수학교에서 직업교육을 실시하고 있는 교사의 직업교육 직무연수에 대한 만족도가 어떠한지를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산, 울산, 경남지역 소재의 지적장애 특수학교 직업담당교사 125명이며 설문지를 통한 조사연구로 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t검증과 F검증(Scheffe 사후검증)을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구결과, 지적장애 특수학교 직업담당교사의 직업교육 직무연수에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 배경변인별로는 직업담당교사의 직업교육 경력, 학력 및 담당학급 유형에 따른 만족도는 유의미한 차이가 있었고 근무학교 형태, 성별, 교직경력 및 교원자격에 따른 만족도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구는 직업교육 직무연수가 지적장애 특수학교 연수대상 교사의 직업교육 경력과 담당학급 유형을 고려한 내용으로 구성된다면 효과적일 것임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to survey the level in the satisfaction with the professional development programs perceived by vocational teachers in special schools for students with intellectual disabilities. The subjects were 140 vocational teachers in special schools for students with intellectual disabilities in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam areas. Their answer to the questionnaire were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test and F-test(Scheffe post-hoc testing). The results of analysis were as follows: First, the overall level in the satisfaction with the professional development program perceived by vocational teachers in special schools for students with intellectual disabilities was a little above the average. Second, type of schools, gender, teaching career and type of teacher certificate did not make any statistically meaningful differences in the level of satisfaction. However, the vocational teaching career, education and the type of class in charge showed statistically meaningful differences in the level of satisfaction. These results of analysis means that in oder to enhance the level of the satisfaction, the professional development program must be customized to the vocational teachers various needs arising from the different vocational teaching career, academic career, and the type of class in charge.
