국문 초록

본 연구는 성인학습자를 대상으로 AI 학습도구 활용 경험이 자기효능감, AI 리터러시, 학습몰입에 미치는 영향과 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 자기효능감의 매개 역할을 실증적으로 확인하고자 수행되었다. 수도권 S 대학교 성인학습자 248명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, AI 학습도구 활용 경험, AI 리터러시, 자기효능감, 학습몰입을 측정하고, 구조방정식 모형 분석과 부트스트래핑을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, AI 학습도구 활용 경험은 자기효능감, AI 리터러시, 학습몰입에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감은 AI 학습도구 활용 경험이 AI 리터러시와 학습몰입에 미치는 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인학습에서 AI 학습도구 활용이 단순 기술 습득을 넘어 학습자의 심리적·인지적 역량 강화에 기여함을 실증하였으며, 성인학습 설계와 교육 프로그램 개발에 유용한 근거를 제공한다.

영문 초록

In this study, the structural relationships among adult learners’ experiences with AI learning tools, self-efficacy, AI literacy, and learning engagement were investigated, with a particular focus on the mediating role of self-efficacy in the context of adult learning. A total of 248 adult learners enrolled at S University in a metropolitan area participated in an online survey. The survey measured the participants’ experiences with AI learning tools, AI literacy, self-efficacy, and learning engagement. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping techniques were employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that adult learners’ experiences with AI learning tools had a significant positive effect on their self-efficacy, AI literacy, and learning engagement. Furthermore, selfefficacy partially mediated the relationship between experience with AI learning tools and both AI literacy and learning engagement. These results demonstrate that experience with AI learning tools contributes not only to technical skill acquisition, but also to enhancing learners’ psychological and cognitive competencies. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence and practical implications for designing adult-learning programs and AI-integrated educational practices.
