대학 교육에서 기업가적 마인드셋과 기업가적 역량이 대학생의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 기업가적 마인드셋과 기업가적 역량이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울 및 충북 지역 4년제 대학교 재학생 115명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Process Macro를 활용하여 매개효과 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 기업가적 마인드셋은 기업가적 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가적 역량은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 기업가적 마인드셋은 혁신행동에 직접적으로도 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 넷째, 기업가적 역량은 기업가적 마인드셋과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 매개하는 변수로 작용하였다. 즉, 기업가적 마인드셋은 혁신행동에 직접적인 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 기업가적 역량을 통한 간접 경로를 통해서도 혁신행동을 촉진하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학의 기업가정신 교육이 학생들의 마인드셋을 자극하고, 이를 실질적 역량으로 발전시켜 혁신행동으로 연결하는 통합적 교육모델의 필요성을 시사한다. 특히 본 연구는 대학생 집단을 대상으로 기업가적 마인드셋, 기업가적 역량, 혁신행동 간의 인과적 구조를 실증적으로 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 교육 현장에서 기업가정신 함양을 위한 구체적 실천 전략을 수립하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial competency on innovative behavior among university students. Data were collected from 115 undergraduates enrolled in four-year universities in Seoul and Chungbuk, Korea. A total of 24 measurement items were developed based on previous studies, and a survey was administered. Data were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS Macro (Model 4) to examine mediation effects. The findings indicate that, first, entrepreneurial mindset has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial competency. Second, entrepreneurial competency positively influences innovative behavior. Third, entrepreneurial mindset directly and positively affects innovative behavior. Fourth, entrepreneurial competency mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and innovative behavior. These results suggest that entrepreneurial mindset influences innovative behavior both directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial competency. The implications of this study are twofold. From a theoretical perspective, the results extend existing research by identifying the specific causal pathways through which entrepreneurial mindset translates into innovative behavior via competency. From a practical perspective, the findings highlight the necessity of educational models that go beyond knowledge transmission or startup training. These models should instead stimulate students’ mindsets while developing competencies that can be transformed into innovative behavior. This study demonstrates that entrepreneurship education in higher education should integrate mindset, competency, and behavior to support student innovation that contributes to social and economic transformation.
