간호사의 부적응적 완벽주의가 우울에 미치는 영향 : 정서 억제를 통한 그릿의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호사의 부적응적 완벽주의가 우울에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 정서 억제를 통한 그릿의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 임상 간호사 422명의 설문자료를 분석하였으며, 그릿의 하위요인(흥미유지, 노력지속)을 구분하여 조절효과를 세분화하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 부적응적 완벽주의는 우울에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정서 억제가 부적응적 완벽주의와 우울의 관계를 완전매개하였다. 셋째, 정서 억제와 우울의 관계에서 그릿, 흥미유지, 노력지속이 조절효과를 보였다. 넷째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 우울의 관계에서 정서 억제를 통한 그릿과 하위요인들의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 그릿의 조절효과와 조절된 매개효과를 세분화하여 살펴봄으로써 간호사의 우울 예방을 위해 그릿을 강화하는 프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effect of maladaptive perfectionism on depression among nurses and tested the moderated mediating role of grit through emotional suppression. Survey data were collected from 422 clinical nurses, and subfactors of grit (i.e., consistency of interest and perseverance of effort) were analyzed separately to explore their distinct moderating effects.. The results were as follows: First, maladaptive perfectionism had a significant positive effect on depression. Second, emotion suppression fully mediated the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and depression. Third, grit and its subfactors significantly moderated the relationship between emotional suppression and depression. Fourth, moderated mediating effects were found for grits and its subfactors in the indirect pathway from maladaptive perfectionoism to depression via emotion suppression. This study highlights the need to develop targeted interventions to ehnahce grit as a protective factor for preventing depression in nurses.
